Question Help - aspartame/nutrasweet free items?

I haven't had my surgery yet (I'm hoping for August). But I'm trying to get an idea of what I can and can't use after the surgery.

I've noticed that things that are baked tend to use Splenda. And I've found & bought protein powder with Splenda. But it seems to me that most drinks (like Crystal Light - curses) use the aspartame.

As you're going about your daily lives, using your SF stuff...could you check for me, pretty please? So I can make a list of Good and Bad? And maybe start trying things to see what I like vs. what I don't?

Thank you SO MUCH in advance!

Have you thought about buying packs of unsweetened Kool-aid and just mixing it up with Splenda instead of Sugar? That will give you lots of flavor options and will probably be less expensive than a pre-sweetened drink mix with Splenda.

Well, that's an obvious idea I hadn't thought of! Thanks!

I did find one powdered drink at Walmart, but I haven't tried it yet.

I also made a strange discovery. SF Jello & Jello pudding that is pre-packaged has Splenda in it. SF Jello (and pudding) that you make up yourself has aspartame. Huh?

I really, really wish Crystal Light would move on to Splenda. I know some of their tea has it (but I don't like the tea).
