Baked Mushrooms w/ yogurt & sun-dried tomatoes and basil
Ingredients
8 big mushrooms , washed
300g (about 10.5 oz) FAGE Greek Strained Yogurt-0% or 2%
3 tbsp roughly – cut sun-dried tomatoes
2 tbsp mince basil & keep some leaves to garnish
Salt & pepper
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven at 400F. Oil the mushrooms and bake them with their stipes on top for 10 –15 minutes.
2. In a deep bowl mix the yogurt with sun-dried tomatoes, basil,
salt and pepper.
3. Share the mixture upon mushrooms and replace them in oven
for about 3–5 minutes.
4. Garnish each mushroom with basil leaves.
