Cranberry-Walnut Muesli
I LOVE this stuff!! It isn't super high protein but its good for you and you can always change it up a bit to up the protein....like maybe a dollop of yogurt.
Cranberry-Walnut Muesli Recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup dried cranberries
3 tablespoons chopped walnuts
Cooking Instructions
1. Place the oats in a bowl. Add the milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Stir in the cranberries and walnuts when ready to serve.
