Default Chocolate "cheesecake" pudding

Since I caused confusion in another thread, here is the 'recipe' I've been using. This isn't cheesecake, per se .. it just tastes like it!

7 oz container of Fage 2%, or other brand Greek Yogurt

1/3 pkg of S.F Jello Chocolate Pudding mix (= a scant 1/8 cup, which is also the normal size of a coffee scoop in the US)

2 ounces of Skim Plus More (protein added skim milk)- this is the milk I use, for extra protein.

2 pkgs Splenda

Tbsp SF cool whip*

Put in magic bullet or blender and mix well, scraping sides down as needed. Let set in fridge for 20-30 minutes or even over night if you'd like.

This is the basic "recipe" I'm using and for variation, I've added Torani SF hazelnut syrup; there are so many other flavors of syrups and extracts which would allow a lot of variety.. I've also used cheesecake pudding mix instead of chocolate which changes some of the carbs & calories.. banana cream & key lime are on deck

Also, if you want this to be thinner, like a smoothie instead of a thick custard type pudding, you could increase the skim milk which would bump up the protein by up as well.

(*Fisher-Mike has suggested we opt for FF cool whip instead, as it has lower fat and only 1 gm of carb. I don't have one to compare.. I'm wondering what the ingredient differences are? I'll look next time I go to the store)

From Fitday for 'basic' recipe:

Calories: 232
Fat:6 gm
Carb: 27
Fiber: 1
Protein: 20

(Yes, rather high in carbs but I eat this in the AM for breakfast, as I do better with carbs to start my day.)
