Thumbs up Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Calories: 450
Fat: 5.5g
Sugar: 20g (From milk and bananas, everything else is Sugar Free!!)
Protein: 40g

1 Pkt. Carnation Instant Breakfast SF/Chocolate
2 Jello SF/FF Chocolate Puddings (Can use one, which would reduce the cal. count)
1- 1/2 c. Skim FF milk
1 scoop protein (I use unflavored GNC brand @ 21gs per scoop)
2-3 banana's to taste - can be frozen or fresh
1-2 cups of crushed ice to taste (I have a Rival Ice Crusher and 15 ice cubes makes about the right amount of crushed Ice.)

Tastes like Chocolate Banana Treat. I will caution you all...I wouldn't eat this 3x a day, or even daily, but for a treat, OMG...it's HEAVEN!! Wish I had known about this stuff BEFORE surgery...crap, this is good!! (Not enough sugar to dump on...Makes a full blender full, I drink 1/2 now, and will save the rest in the fridge until later.)

Banana can be left out for a simple chocolate smoothie. Just learned that I shouldn't have the fruit with the 5 day pouch test...dangnabit! It was good though!
