Orange Julius Smoothie
This recipie is from Beth (miladyB) originally, I tweaked it a bit to make it more like the version you get in the mall, minus the sugar, fat, and add in protein!!
Orange Julius
1 c. skim milk
1/2 orange juice (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkt. Carnation instant breakfast - Vanilla
1 pkt. Crystal Light On the GO - Orange
1 scoop protein powder of choice - unflavored is the best
1-2 cups chopped/shaved ice.
1-2 tsps. Splenda to taste
Blend liquids and powders gently, then add the Splenda and Ice to finish blending.
Enjoy. Can be kept in mixer and mixed up quick an hour later. I haven't kept it in the fridge longer than 2 hrs. though. (My kids LOVE this too!!)

Fat: 4.5g
Protein: 35g
Sugar: >10g - 0 if you don't use orange juice
