Default Skillet Taco Burgers

Skillet Taco Burgers

1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 14 ounce can diced tomatoes
1 can bean with bacon soup
shredded cheese

Mix ground beef and taco seasoning together. I have also used ground turkey and they turned out good too. Brown in a pan like hamburgers. I sprayed pan with a little pam first. When burgers are cooked dump cans of tomatoes and bean soup (no water) in skillet and simmer to warm. Melt shredded cheese on top and enjoy.

My husband eats these with fritos. I of course do not.

Hope you all enjoy.

That is funny I am trying them this weekend too. They sound so good to me. My mom has been making salmon patties and for some reason I have never care for them before, but now the sight of them makes me salivate. So I am hoping these will fill that craving. These burgers are good. I made them last night. The girl I work withs mom makes them. I wasn't sure about the recipe at first with the bean soup but tried it and love them. I usually make 4 burgers and can hold close to a half of one.

Cassie, this sounds really good to be too. I'm going to have to try them. They sound like they are right up my ally and something my family would enjoy. Thanks for sharing this!

You are welcome Beth. It is the least I could do since I have enjoyed so many of your recipes. And it is easy too which is always a plus.
