About the tuna patties - I've become a big fan I've changed the recipe a little bit, since my food processor refused to grind flaxmeal I just added the seeds, and let me tell you - it gives the recipe an additional kick, cause you get small crunchy bits in the patties.
I've also tried the recipe on my friends and they were shocked when I told them it was tuna - they simply loved the patties

Hi sissi. Yes, everything turned out well. I had one HUGE gallbladder that he was able to get out lap and he also cleaned up some adhesions in there. Those were right where the other pain was. I was pretty wiped out for awhile because this surgery was only 5 weeks after some plastics revisions. My body seems to be screaming that it has had enough with the surgeries!! But I'm feeling really good now and all of the pain is gone.
So glad you liked these. Flaxseeds are fine you just probably won't absorb them. They will pass right on through. But hey, if you like the taste it won't hurt you. Recently I just bought the flaxmeal that was already ground up. These remain a weekly staple for me. I still love them!
