Me? It really depends on the day. I can eat 2 for sure but I have eaten all 4 before when it is an 'eating' day.

Thanks Beth. I just have to look at the successes of people like you and try to remember that. This pre-op diet is going to be hell, but I know it will be worth it.

Question for Beth or any of you who have made this recipe...

Would you consider these a Phase II item? I thought these might be good with my new pouch, since I'm allowed mushy fish right now. Opinions please?

Yes, Sherry...I would consider them phase II. They really come out moist and basicly mushy, so I would think they would fit right into that catagory

Thanks Beth. I'm going to try these in a couple of days then...I'm giving Pouchie a bit of a vacation before I try anything resembling meat again.

I've been looking through the recipe section today...I'm trying to find some recipes that would be good for me at this early stage.

Sherry, here is something that is really easy and nice and gentle on a new pouch. I love these!! They are a standby when my pouch isn't very happy..and yes, I do still have occasional days like that!

That sounds yummy Beth...I had already printed it out when I spotted it awhile back. But...I don't own any custard cups or ramekins to make it in (must buy some as soon as I feel like shopping). Any advice for making it in a different type of dish?
