I like your new variation--we'll try that!

This is such a great recipe. In fact, if Tooley is still planning on doing a cookbook for us, it should be called "Parmesan Tuna Patties And Some Other Stuff." We've been eating these like twice a week!

Thanks again, Beth,

Mike
*L* Good name for them, Mike. I know I still love these. I eat them maybe 3 times a week for lunch. I keep looking in my fridge and adding new ingredients to the basic recipe.

I've tried the crab meat too and liked it. I've thought about salmon but I'm afraid of it. *L* It made me SO ill about 3 months postop and I haven't dared try it again. After throwing up for 3 hours I swore off of it for life!

I'm a big one for southwest flavors so I think I may play around with this for awhile plus I think I may go with Italian flavorings one day and see what I can come up with.

You know Mike between you and me we could make an entire cookbook with just variations of this recipe!!!

Default I had these last night, too!

I made these last night for the fam - I used crushed reduced fat Ritz instead of the flax meal and used Old Bay instead of the onion powder. They were yummy. I ate one, my hubby ate the rest. I love it when there are no left overs. Thanks Milady for posting this. Keep the recipes coming! I am always looking for something creative that all of us can eat together and that are easy to make.

So glad the two of you enjoyed. This is still one of my favorite meals, especially for lunch. I make it 2-3 times a week and haven't gotten tired of them.

I loved these with the tuna, and can't wait to try the crab meat! Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

How funny...I deleted my post because I thought to myself.."self, you didn't read the whole thread and this may have already been asked"... and then I read and saw that Beth just grinds up the seeds. But hey, if I can buy it already ground...better for me...I am lazy.

I made the last night for supper and omg they are delicious. I am already planning on having them again this week. I doubled the recipe thinking I would have at least one left over lunch today. NO WAY!!! I got one, my 3 year old ate one and the hubby ate the other six. He loved them too obviously. Thanks Beth for the recipe it is one of the all time best.
