Default c is for cookie....

I'll be about 4 wks post op around xmas time... and i was looking to make some cookies that i could bring to work, but that i could also possibly enjoy. Could someone help steer me in the direction of like a website or any recipes they have for some low/no sugar added cookies?? i would be foreverrrrrr grateful!!

splenda.com has recipes. I've never tried it because I don't care for splenda but it might be worth a shot.

I bake with Splenda all the time and no one can tell the difference. I usually do a blueberry cobbler, and the brown sugar is even Splenda. You can buy it in a bag and whenever the recipe calls for sugar, just use the Splenda

Default I was just thinking of a good protein cookie

I have made flourless peanut butter cookies ever since trying the recipe several years ago because they are sooooo good. You could totally make these with a Healthy Peanut Butter of your choice and splenda and get a good serving of protein and a treat!

1 cup pb
1 egg
1 cup sugar, I would substitute sugar for 3/4 cup slenda, or brown sugar splenda.

What temp and how long do you bake them? Sounds like something nummy to try

I just put a batch in the oven I am trying 350 for 10 min.

The batch is out, they seem a little undercooked. I might try 375 for 10 min. preheated oven. They taste good. I used the white splenda. they come out a little pale in color with the splenda. Be sure to check the label on the brown sugar splenda if you are thinking about trying that.
