Default Italian White Beans with Turkey

Italian White Beans with Turkey

Prep Time:15 min
Start to Finish:25 min
Makes:4 servings

1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil leaves or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
2 cups cut-up cooked turkey or chicken
1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained
1/4 cup sliced ripe olive
2 cans (15 to 16 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained


1. Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook basil and garlic in oil 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, until hot.
