PUmpkin Surprise
This is a recipe I got off another bulletin board. The person who posted it on there said it was from a Barbara Thompson newsletter. I don't care where it is from, I just made it and it is yummo!
1 can pumpkin
1 container sugar free cool whip
1 small box sugar free vanilla pudding mix
1 cup milk
pumpkin pie spice to taste
mix together and chill.
Mine is still chilling right now, but from licking the bowl I can already tell ya it is delicious! Some other suggestions made were to crumble some graham crackers on top or dip graham cracker sticks in and eat. I bought some fat free graham crackers and am going to eat it with them.

it sounds like something I would love. I'll make it for my son and husband, they can enjoy it while I am recovering.
thanks

I used the canned pumpkin, not the pie mix. I am still impatiently waiting for time for my evening snack. I'm having a late snack because we're watching the baseball game.
Hey, Duckie, what are you doing posting on here? Shouldn't you be somewhere watching the game? Go Sox!

Sounds yummy! I got a Pumpkin Spice Latte today at SB and it wasn't too bad. I still prefer the Machiatto or the White Chocolate Mocha..of course. The ones with the most calories and sugar are the ones I like!!! Thanks for posting the recipe....I'll give it a shot.
