Default that sounds yummy

now comes the question. You think i should try those ingedients seperately first or just make it and see what happens. How far out would you wait before trying this?
I love pumpkin but havent tried it yet.

At a month out, I would think it would be okay. It is very smooth, not even as thick as mousse.

Duckie, I should have made a double batch because my hubby has already eaten half of it! I'm going to have to go get more pumpkin and cool whip. I tried to figure out the protein. I know it has a little, but I don't think much. Maybe 3 or 4 g? Anyway, I don't care! It is yummy good and my pouch likes it!

Oh, yeah, Duckie! GO SOX! Were you watching NESN after the game last night? We get it on DirectTV here in North Carolina and hubby was watching the postgame coverage still when I went to sleep at 1:30 am. Papelbon dancing is just TOO funny! Hubby grew up in Connecticut and has been watching since 1978. Watching him watch a Red Sox game is extremely entertaining. Do all Red Sox fans have such a defeatist attitude? When it was 3-2, Tim was convinced they were going to mess around and lose. When Pedroia hit that home run, he jumped up off the couch and about gave the poor cat a heart attack!

I reckon some vanilla protein powder would go well too.

Ohh, I didn't think about that! I bet this would be pretty good as a frozen treat. Yummmm! I just had my mid-morning snack which consisted of pumpkin surprise and graham crackers. This stuff could be addictive! I'll definitely have to put a small container of it in the freezer and see what happens.

I made this for Thanksgiving and took it to a big ol gathering at which I was the only gbs. Everyone loved it and I found a new use for it. I also made Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes from this thread:

Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes

They were awesome and were loved by everyone also. However, putting a little of the pumpkin surprise on them makes them even better!
