Fruit Crisp
Two or three fresh pears or apples, diced (peeled if you like)
2 tablespoons of low fat cream cheese or cottage cheese
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Splenda
1/2 cup Graham Cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon butter, melted
Preheat oven 325 degrees farenheit.
Combine cinnamon and cream cheese/cottage cheese. Mix with fruit. Mix in Splenda and pour into small casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top of fruit mixture. Heat 15-20 minutes til brown.
Makes 2-3 servings.
