Default Easy Peanut Butter Pie

Easy Peanut Butter Pie

INGREDIENTS
1 (1.5oz) pkg. SF Instant Vanilla pudding mix
1 cup PB2 http://www.bellplantation.com/mm5/me...oduct_Code=PB2
˝ cup Splenda grandular
2 cups non fat milk
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 cup FF Cool whip
˝ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 tsp light butter or margerine

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the butter in a deep dish pie plate in the microwave. Add in cookie crumbs and shake around to cover bottom and sides of plate.
Set aside.

Put ˝ of the milk into a bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over it and let it sit for a minute. Stir to combine. Heat the milk and gelatin in the
microwave until hot. Stir until gelatin is dissolved. Allow to cool or add an ice cube or two to cool it down. Add it to the rest of the milk.
In a medium bowl mix together the pudding mix, PB2, and Splenda. Add in the milk and mix well with a whisk. Fold in the cool whip
and pour into pie dish. Refrigerate pie until firm.

NOTES
8 servings= 136 cals & 6g protein

10 servings= 109 cals & 5g protein

You can make a "frosting" type of topping for this as well by mixing

some PB2 to taste into cool whip and mixing to combine. It makes a

wonderful frosting for any cake or cupcake including the peanut butter

cheesecake!! (posted here as well)
