OK, I made this tonight...it was VERY good!! I do think I would prefer it made with Chicken thighs instead of breasts and I would cut it into chunks before putting it into the crockpot. Definitely is a keeper though!

This was just wonderfull.
My family loved it and that includes my husband who is very picky.

This is one of the few times I had no problems with keeping the chicken down.

Have any of you tried freezing this in small portions and then nuking for a meal? I'd love to make it, but I know my DH wouldn't touch it with a 10' pole! He's just that kind of guy... but I'd love to make up a batch and freeze...
what do you think?

hmmmm, I haven't tried freezing it but I don't know why it wouldn't freeze well. I would say give it a try, Katie!
