hmmmm...well when it comes to a main meal my favorite is still the Greek Chicken. I love that stuff!!! For deserts the Lemon Blueberry Pie I recently posted. Salads? Probably one of the tuna salads and for appetizers? These Mozzeralla sticks rank right on up there! And for breakfast the crepe....yummy!! Oh and my favorite soup is the Cheesy Chicken & Cauliflower Chowder

I think I will make these as an appetizer for the thai peanut chick for the family. In my youth, after we would go out dancing and end up at a place like Denny's or something...mozarella sticks were the comfort food of the gods, but we dunked them in sourcream!!!

Celeste, you should be able to make these with probably one egg, beaten. It will just have a higher fat content than the nutritional facts I posted.

Let me know what the verdict is on the chicken and the mozzerella sticks, Dyann!!

btw, you may want to freeze the string cheese first, like paige suggested. I tried that last night and it worked well. Without freezing I found that more of the cheese melted out in the oven.
