Default Lox and cheese

This is soething my husband came up with

1.Take a bagel and toast it well. If not at bagel stage yet, a cracker works too.

2. Apply a pat of butter (skip if using a cracker)

3. Place a small slice of lox (smoked salmon) on top.(Lox has 23 g protein per 3 oz serving)

4. Place a small slice of brie on top of lox and sprinkle with a little bit of capers.

5. Bake in 350 oven for 2-5 minutes until cheese melts, then serve.

A bit salty, but full of flavor.
