Default Strawberry Protein Shake

The recipe is for two servings - simply because it makes a lot...but even if you drank the whole thing, it wouldn't be over the top!

STRAWBERRY PROTEIN SHAKE

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Matrix 5.0)
6 frozen or fresh strawberries
3/4 cup soy milk (stats are with 8th Continent Light plain)
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons sugar-free DaVinci strawberry or vanilla syrup or to taste
1/4 cup sugar-free Cool Whip
4-5 ice cubes - if using fresh berries

Place all ingredients into blender container and process until smooth. I used fresh brerries AND ice cubes, but if you use the frozen berries, you might not want the ice. Makes two servings.

Per Serving: 105 Cal; 13 g Protein; 3 g Tot Fat; 7 g Carb; 2 g Fiber; 4 g Sugar; 85 mg Sodium

Oh you're welcome, Pam. I'm so glad you have been able to use some of them. I haven't tried all of them personally but I enjoy sharing them with all of you.

Thank you! I'm so glad you appreciate the recipes I post. I haven't tried all of them but I like posting those that look and sound good.

Thank you so much for the compliment. I really appreciate it. I have to tell you that I'm still having a hard time recognizing myself too. *L*
