Chocolate Covered Strawberries
CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES
4 ounces sugar-free dark chocolate
1 quart fresh, gorgeous, plump strawberries
Wipe off any dirt on the berries...but don't get WET. In a small bowl slowly melt the chocolate in the mircrowave
until just warm enough to stir till smooth.
Carefully dip the berries halfway into chocolate. Place on waxed paper to cool and harden.
