Frosty Mocha Pie, Sugar Free
Crust
6.75oz Box Sugar Free Oreo Cookies
4 tsp Butter (melted)
Filling
4 oz Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/4 cup artificial sweetener. I used XW8
1/4 cup unsweetened Cocoa
1 Tbsp Instant Coffee
1/3 cup Low Fat Milk
1 1/2 Cartons (8oz) Sugar Free Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 350F
Crush Oreos; a food processor works well here. Mix butter into oreos and press into a
deep dish pie pan sprayed with oil. I also gave the crust a shot with butter flavored
spray before baking. Bake crust for 10 mins and allow to cool.
Dissolve Instant Coffee in milk. In a separate bowl use a mixer and beat cream cheese,
sweetener and cocoa until smooth. Add milk/coffee mixture and beat until combined.
Fold Cool whip into mixture.
Pour mixture into pie crust and freeze at least 4 hours. Allow pie to warm up for
10 minutes before cutting for service.
Yield 10 slices: 188.3 calories, 18.2g carb (net), 3.95g protein, 9.88 g fat.
