Shrimp on the Barbee
Give it a try. My brother said this is amazing!!
INGREDIENTS:
Uncooked shrimp, with shells.
TBSP butter
Seasonings (he suggested cajun seasoning. I want to try it with Old Bay seasoning, the stuff they use on crabs. yum!)
Tin foil
DIRECTIONS:
Buy as much shrimp as you wish to cook. Deshell them.
Tear off a piece of tin foil large enough to make a sealed pouch to cook shrimp in.
Place shrimp in foil. Add slap of butter. Cover with seasoning.
Place on gril and cook for 5 minutes each side. Tin foil will "blow up" like Jiffy Pop popcorn container. Be careful when piercing foil so as not to burn yourself with the steam.
Serve and eat!

Oh yummy, this really sounds good! I love shrimp! Do you know if you would be able to use the pre-cooked kind? I have a couple bags down in my freezer that are yelling to be used!

if they are pre-cooked they can get tough when cooked a 2nd time.
I use my previously frozen shrimp for salads, shrimp cocktail, throw it in a tortilla with some cream cheese and bruchetta, anything you can eat cold.
Try this...
Dice cucumbers, avacado and a little cocktail sauce mix in the defrosted shrimp... yummy. You get protein, good fats in the avacado, sodium in the sauce and crunch!

Try Old Bay Blackened
OMG it is good stuff. I try to avoid MSG because of my and Kimmy's migraines and the blackened seasoning from old bay doesn't have it. It is great on seafood and steaks. Yes! shrimp on the barbie is a great thing.
