Default Ground Turkey and Cabbage

If you life Carrots and Cabbage . .. I love this. I can be made with diced chicken also

Ground turkey w/carrots and cabbage

in a dutch oven, brown 1 pound of ground turkey breast with 2tbs of olive oil and a boullion cube - I use vegatable boullion

Add 1.5 cups of cooking Sherry or white wine - one package of carrots, and a small head of chopped cabbage - cover and reduce heat to medium.

Sprinkle Cajun seasonings on it (ok, you can use salt, pepper and garlic - but Cajun has paprika, sugar, and red pepper in it also)

And let the cabbage and carrots soften for about 20 minutes . . . mmmmmmm.

Kind of reminds me of a no-fuss no-roll cabbage roll. Sounds like good comfort food. I'll try it.
