Default Super-Simple Sorbet

Hungry Girl's Super-Simple Sorbet

(Entire recipe: 75 calories, <0.5g fat, 0mg sodium, 16g carbs, 2.5g fiber, 14g sugars, 1.5g protein = 1 Point)

I know this is higher in sugar but it is sugar from the fruit. I do well with natural fruit sugar but careful if you are sensitive to it.

Ingredients:
2 servings (approx.1/2 tsp.) Crystal Light Sunrise Classic Orange drink mix (1 On The Go packet or 1/4 of an 8-serving tub)
1 cup peach slices (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Dissolve Crystal Light into a 1/2-cup of cold water; stir well. If using frozen peaches, run under cold water for a minute to thaw them slightly, so that they blend more easily. In a blender, puree peaches and Crystal Light mixture until just blended. Pour into a dish, cover, and place in freezer until nearly solid (several hours). If freezing overnight, thaw slightly by microwaving for 40 seconds or allowing to sit out for about 10 minutes before enjoying. Serves 1!
