Default Meat Meatloaf (I know another meatloaf)

Meat Meatloaf

Ingredients

Choose Three Meats (I prefer 1# Ground Beef, 1# Ground Pork, 1# Ground Lamb)
Half of an Onion Diced fine
Garlic to taste ( I use two cloves either minced or crushed)
1 tsp Season Salt
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper (White Pepper can also be used)
Two Large Eggs
1# Shredded Cheese ( I prefer Sharp Cheddar)
1 Tablespoon Worchestshire Sauce

Directions
Mix all the ingredients, place in a pan suitable for the amount of
meatloaf mass, cover with tinfoil and bake in the oven @350 degrees
until done (usually it takes about an hour and a half to two hours.
Enjoy!

I can't make good meatloaf! HELP! I don't know why mine does not taste good. It might be something I could eat since it's so soft if I could just cook the dang thang! LOL I can cook anything else in the world besides pancakes. Hmmmmmmmmmm.....go figure.

Gosh Carrie....you've made me want meatloaf and mashed taters!
