Default Almost Pizza

Almost Pizza

Ingredients
1 cup Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack
2 tbsp soy flour or all purpose works too
1 tbsp onion flakes
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 tbsp italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tbsp pizza sauce or sliced fresh tomato
pepperoni or favorite pizza toppings (i like chopped chicken and mushrooms)
parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350* and place oven rack in center of oven. Grease a 9 or 10 inch pie plate or quiche pan. In a mixing bowl mix together 3 cheeses, flour and onion flakes. Pour into pie plate patting down slightly.
Use same mixing bowl to beat together eggs, milk, italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Pour this mixture over the cheeses and place in oven for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned on top. Remove from oven when browned and put pizza toppings on. Place back in the oven just long enough to brown the pepperoni or whatever you decide to put on top.

YUMM-0!

I've been craving something pizza-like forever now. Regular pizzas are way too greasy for me to even attempt to try so this is sounding real good right about now.
