It's my own concoction based on standard hummus...but people at work go nuts for it.
I use a "Hamilton Beach big-mouth 14-cup food processor" for this...quantity!
10 Cloves fresh garlic
2 Tbsp EVOO
1 Tbsp Dried Parsley Flakes
1 cup crumbled "Athenos"Feta cheese
6 Tbsp Tahini (Sesame seed paste)
2 14-oz cans "Bushs" Garbanzo Beans (Chick Peas) including the liquid
1 8-oz can "La Costena" Chipotle Peppers in Adobo Sauce
1 8-oz can "La Costena" Green Mexican Salsa Medium
1 tsp Salt
2 Lemons (juice of) (nuke them for 20 seconds and the juice comes out easier)
Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and process on high for about 2 minutes. Put in covered bowl and refridgerate for 24 hrs. It will look a little runny at first but the liquid wil be absorbed.
I eat it cold with crackers...Hope you enjoy.

mmmmm...this really sounds good, Dwayne. Thanks for sharing. I think I'll get what I need next time I go shopping and try this. I love hummus!
