South of the Border Dip

Ingredients
QuakerŽ Cheddar Cheese Quakes
1c non-fat sour cream
1c salsa
2tbsp chopped green peppers
1tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or parsley (optional)
Instructions
Combine first four ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Dip or spread each Quakes Cheddar Cheese Rice Snack with 2/3 teaspoon of the mixture
