Default Protein-Coffee-dippin’ Morning Cakes

Hi there. I was bored this afternoon and needed a break from studying for midterms all day. I made some totally cool protein snack cakes that i enjoyed with my coffee. Here is the recepie:

Protein-Coffee-dippin’ Morning Cakes.

Servings per batch = 4 cakes

Calories = 90 (per cake)**
Fat = 1g (per cake)**
Sugar = 1g (per cake)**
Protein = 14g (per cake)**

** I basically added up all the totals and divided by 4 to give me each individual score. Multiply each by 4 to get the total number for the whole batch.

--------Mix------

(1/2cup) of Egg Beaters in a bowl*

(1 scoop) MUSCLEMILK lite Protein Powder
(cookies&crème)*

(1 scoop) GENISOY Soy Protein Powder (Plain)

(4 packets) Sweet & Low

(4 packets) equal sugar substitute

(2 Tbsp) ground cinnamon

(3/4) of a mini-bag of 100-calorie Popcorn

* other protein of your choice may be used, however the nutritional guide will change.

------BAKE-----

Preheat oven at (350)

Divide the dough-like batch into (4) balls and place them spread apart on an oiled non-stick pan for baking. I used PAM cooking oil to grease the bottom of the pan.

Place pan in the oven and bake for 15mins.

-----REsults-----

once cakes look golden brown, give them time to cool a bit. They should be crunchy on the outside and soft-chewy on the inside.

You could then top-off with whipped cream and powdered cinnamon and eat-away.

---> oh yeah....i was able to eat them just fine, no dumping or bad things happened to my pouch....they are filling though

enjoy.
