Easy Vegetarian Stuffed Pita
EASY VEGETARIAN STUFFED PITA
1 whole-wheat pita pocket
1 tbsp prepared hummus
1 frozed Gardenburger
1 tbsp shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped tomato
chopped onions
Follow package directions for microwaving veggie burger. Once it's heated, cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice open the pita and spread the hummus inside. Stuff in the burger pieces and vegetables.
