Made these tonight and they were a big hit. I personally only had 1 bite and loved it, but Rob ate two and asked for more. I didn't have anymore cottage cheese tho and he pouted his lip lol. One satisfied customer

My NUT said that anything that you could mash your finger through would be considered purreed. Would these be mushable to try during my purreed stage?

I wouldn't consider these pureed, no. I would wait until you're on soft foods.
