Yummy Tofu Smoothie
I am going to share my partners secret recipe.
Any Tofu, doesn't matter , soft, hard, firm... I think the firm or hard have more protein in them. And the soft makes the smoothie more creamy so you can just play with it. I know how I like it.
So you put all these ingredients in blender
1/3 tub of tofu
8 oz of any nutritional drink you like (slim fast, boost, etc) find one low sugar, high protein
1 banana
1/2 cup any frozen fruit
1/2 cup any frozen fruit
1 cup ice
1 pkt nutra sweet, or splenda If you use frozen fruit with sugar you can eliminate the sweetner. You want 1 cup of frozen fruit you can mix it match it etc. Oh and if you defrost the frozen fruit just a bit it makes it smoother for some reason, not necessary if rushed.
This is how I make mine since I'm struggling with my weight.
1/2 tub of tofu
16 oz ensure
and all the same ingredients above.
It takes me two hours to eat, but
I'm skin and bones now. Doc says if
I have to eat every min of the day do it, until I get some weight on.
