Baked Egg Custard
3 whole eggs
1/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute
2 cups 2% milk, scalded
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
Combine eggs, sugar and salt
Slowly add and stir in slightly cooled milk and vanilla
Divide equally into six custard cups
Set into shallow pan of water
Bake at 150 degrees celcius or 325 degress F
for 25 minutes or until set
