Default Crab & Shrimp Spread

I was ordered to post this recipe I made up after some of the "girls" tried it. It is loaded with protien and tastes pretty good. I serve w/ reduced fat crackers.

1 can crab meat
1 can small shrimp (or 1/4 lb fresh bay shrimp)
1 pkg low fat cream cheese
1 tsp lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
dash of garlic powder
1/2 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp dill

Mix all ingredients together (add shrimp last), chill and enjoy!

I have been known to pour half a jar of cocktail sauce over this before serving, a lot of folks like it that way too.

Default Pam,

I'll have you know that I CRAVED that crab and shrimp spread all weekend! Pam also put cocktail sauce over the top! It looked and tasted out of this world! I highly recommend this!
