Default Banana Pudding Squares

I made this to take to a cook out. Many complemented me on it....

Banana Pudding Squares
Prep Time : 30 min
Total Time: 3hr 30 min
Makes 24 servings

20 Reduced Fat Nilla Wafers , finely crushed
3 Tbsp. Margarine, melted
1pkg. ( 8 oz) Philadelphia Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 less fat than Cream Cheese, softened.
1/2 cup powdered sugar ( substituted splenda )
1 tub ( 8oz) Cool Whip Free whipped topping, thawed, divided
3 med. ripe bananas
3 cups fat free milk
2pkg ( 4-serving size each) Jello-Vanilla Flavor F/F .S/F Instant Reduced
calorie Pudding and pie filling....( I used Banana Cream flavor)

Mix wafers and margarine. Press firmly onto bottom of 13x9 dish.
Mix Neufchatel Cheese and powdered sugar/splenda with wooden spoon until well plended. Genlyl stir in 1 1/2 C of the whipped topping. Spoon mixture evenly onto crust; spread carefully. Cut bananas in half crosswise;cut each peice lengthwise in half. Arrange banana peices over Neufchatel Cheese mixture.
Pour Milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire wisk 2 min. Spoon over bananas. Spread with remaining whipped topping. You can also sprinkle with 1/2 square Bakers, semi-sweet Baking Chocolate, that has been grated.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.....

Nutrition (per serving) this is with the origonal recipe. I assume it may be different with the substitutions.

Dietary fiber 0 Sugars 9g Protein 2g
Vitamin A 6% Vit. C 2% Calcium4%
