Default Cookout Caramel S知ores

I wish I found this recipe before we went on our camping trip! I sat there and watched my family chow down on s'mores and drooled.

Cookout Caramel S知ores

yield
4 servings.

ingredients

8 large marshmallows
2 teaspoons fat-free chocolate syrup
8 reduced-fat graham crackers (2-1/2-inch square)
2 teaspoons fat-free caramel ice cream topping

directions

Using a long-handled fork, toast marshmallows 6 in. from medium-hot heat until golden brown, turning occasionally. Drizzle chocolate syrup over four graham crackers; top each with two toasted marshmallows. Drizzle with caramel topping. Cover with remaining graham crackers.

Cindy, I went to check the bag from the marshmallows I had left from our camping trip and it was 4 grams in 1 large marshmallow and 2 grams of sugar in a graham cracker. You could probably make this with only 1 marshmallow to keep the sugar down to a minimum as long as you only eat 1 of these s'mores.
