Default Hominy Taco Chili

This is my family's favorite chili. I made it a lot before surgery and have been thrilled to find it is a very WLS friendly chili. I figured out some of the nutritional information the best that I could so I had some idea about it. I thought I would share this. It is a very simple and quick meal. I often throw it all in the crockpot in the morning and let it cook on low all day.

Hope you enjoy!
