    Hi, I had surgery RNY in 2015, lost 173 pounds now I'm hungry all the time and slowly putting why back on. Up 12 lbs any suggestions ??? Really scared!!!

    I was 68 when I had my bypass. Just relax, eat your protein, drink your fluids and make sure you are getting enough CALORIES! I have lost 172 pounds and I'm 2 years out. Your weight loss is right on track. You're doing fantastic .
  4. Yes I also take a probiotic and drink plenty of fluids throughout the day
  5. I had problems with constipation leading to impaction. I now take miralax everyday along with colace twice a day as recommended by my dr, I have no further problems .

    Thanks for the info. I eat 1300-2000 cal a day but still 15 pounds below my goal. Drink over 70 ounces of fluid and eat 65-90 gm of protein a day.

    My support group is at the hospital I had my surgery in. All the hospitals near me in Georgia have meetings.
