  1. You aren't failing! I am 14 days out and I know it can be frustrating. Just try your best and it will Come off. We all have good and bad days!
  2. What are some of the foods you suggest for this phase? Thanks for the amounts!
  3. I am doing a good job of fluids. Protein... Not so much lol. I ordered this stuff Called Genepro that is tasteless... Hoping I can stir it into my yogurt or flavored water or whatever else I am eating.
  4. Ok good. I wasn't able to finish my tuna salad. I had a few bites and put it up for later. Those few bites were great and satisfied me. Just a little pain on my right side, but it has calmed down now. Thanks again for your help. So should I just try and measure out the half a cup and just eat maybe two tablespoons each sitting? And save that half a cup for the whole day? Just don't expect to eat that 1/2 cup right in one sitting I guess?
  5. It says that a meal should basically be 1/2 cup to a cup.
  6. Like an example is to have 1/2 cup of Refried beans and 1/4 cup of cooked carrots for lunch. Or 1/2 cup of egg and 1/4 low fat cheese for breakfast. It says I can have crackers, but I am not really all that into them.
  7. Ok thanks. I don't know exactly what to do. I want to do the right thing. I made 1/2 cup of tuna salad but haven't been able to finish it. I probably are 4-5 bites.

  9. I had one egg this morning and I ate it so fast that it was gone in two seconds. I measured outn1/2 cup of tuna salad. Is that good? I just started eating it like I used to eat it one bite after the other. I think my problem Is i didn't chew slowly. I also had 2 Crackers.
  10. I am having tuna salad for lunch and I didn't chew it very well! I have a huge pain in my side! Yikes! Thought I was going to die. Just waiting for it to calm down and will try another bite. Must learn to slow down.
  11. Had an egg this morning, and I think I was so excited I ate too fast! I pounded it down my throat. Now I have some pain in my sides. I guess I need to take it slower. But it feels soooooooo good to finally have some food in my system. I was not sure how much to have so I just had one egg. I didn't want to mess up and eat too much. Is that about right?

  13. I am telling you. I am addicted to this scale. I am 11 days out and I want the number to move every single day. I get so depressed when it doesn't. I know this is not what you are suppose to do! It is making me insane. Got to stop!!! Weekly weigh ins is what everyone suggests, but how can I stop?? ARGH!!!!
  14. I made lasagna for my fam tonight and tried a little of the sauce. It felt like heaven going down, I just ended up swallowing a small piece of ground beef!!! I can't do anything right with this stuff lol
  15. Ohhh I am going to make Tuna tonight so I can have it nice and cold tomorrow!!! Yay!!
