  1. Just made it to ONEderland this morning and might I just say, its a pretty nice place to be Congrats
  2. I am in no way any kind of expert but I know when I eat certain foods (dairy, beef, pork...) I am very sick to my stomach that evening and the day after. Since it only happens sometimes maybe you can log your food and see if there are any patterns
  3. I've heard once a week but I weighed myself every day up until a couple weeks ago. I think it helped me to see my progress and it also helped keep my eating habits in check.

Crazy question, but I feel like ya'll are the only ones that will understand. about 10 years back I had to get off a roller coaster at Six Flags because the shoulder bar wouldn't buckle between my legs. I've lost a little over 40 lbs and we are planning our summer vacation. All these years I've pretended like I don't like roller coasters to save myself the embarrassment if I can't fit. I would love to plan a vacation this summer that includes a trip to an amusement park. Hopefully by then I'll weigh around 200, do you think I'll fit??
  6. I had surgery Dec. 4, 2013. My first 40lbs came off really fast. Now the scale has practically came to a stand still this last week. Apparently I hit my first plateau. I eat right (between 500 & 600 calories a day) and exercise 4 to 5 times a week for about 30 minutes. I know I can't eat any less than I already am, but maybe I need to exercise more? I don't know but I'm glad I'm not the only one going through this
  7. I'm scheduled for lapband Dec. 4th. Just started day 1 of pre op protein liquid diet. I'm excited, nervous and very hungry So glad I found this site!
