  1. Does it have a cooling effect?
  2. A friend just told me Trader Joe's brand stevia doesn't have an aftertaste. Here are some reviews I found on this stevia: http://www.viewpoints.com/Trader-Joes-Organic-100-Pure-Stevia-Extract-reviews
  3. My son writes social media content for celebrities, etc.
  4. Oooh, you just gave me a great idea! I used to make a cold Asian pasta salad pre-op. I'm going to experiment with spaghetti squash and make it!
  5. Baked spaghetti squash casserole: http://anexerciseinfrugality.com/2014/05/cheesy-low-carb-pizza-casserole.html
  6. After my two-week pre-op liquid diet, everything was extremely sweet, so maybe try monk fruit after that -- when your taste buds have been desensitized from sugar.
  7. Along those lines, here's a video demonstrating how to poach eggs in a muffin tin in the oven. http://aura.quirkyfeeds.com/eggs-into-a-muffin-pan/
  8. I'm overdue -- best go get it done.
  9. Same thing happened to me. I went off my blood pressure meds and my BP went up and I continued to feel dizziness. Turns out I'm reactive hypoglycemic.
  10. What do you order at Jason's?
  11. I don't count.
  12. I'm sleeping well. The only carbs I eat are Greek yogurt, fat-free milk, veggies and fruit.
  13. I'm 14.5 months out and I've been feeling extremely fatigued lately. Any advice? It's to the point where my coworkers (3 in one day) are noticing. I'm thinking about getting an under eye color corrector for the dark circles under my eyes -- any advice here would be appreciated too. And I need advice for my overall well being. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

  15. Here's how I prepare spaghetti squash. Cut squash in half, clean out seeds and fibers, then carefully pierce outer shell in several places. Place squash, cut-side down, in an 8x8 inch baking dish filled half way to the top with water. Microwave on high setting for about 35 minutes. Remove from oven, and drain. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes. Using a fork, scrape flesh inside of squash into a serving dish. Season with salt and pepper.
