    I am having a panniculectomy on monday january 4th at 12:30 pm. Would you all please pray that i have a complication FREE surgery and normal recovery! I trust the Lord for watching over me and claim a perfect recovery in Jesus Name! He has brought me so far and done so much for me! Thank you for your prayers!!

  5. And everybody is right, walk, walk, walk, and drink! Walk back and forth for five or ten minutes at a time, then rest and drink (sip)! If you sit around you stay sore.
  6. You will feel a little better every day! The day after my surgery i felt just like u! I was like what have i done???? Every day gets better, just keep doing what your doctor tells you. Take a look at my profile and go to my gallery, my pictures i labeled "goal weight" will show you that this is worth it. I have no regrets and would do it again if i had too!
