  1. It seems like a lifetime ago, now. Will be 4 years in October. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
  2. I got through it with Greek Yogurt and eggs. I will confess that I tried a protein shake once. Couldn't do it.
  3. Thinner Times Forum Bugs and Usability

Is it no longer possible when seeking new postings, to click on a forum topic and be taken to the first unread message? I am finding the recent change so annoying that I've hardly been coming on over the past two or three weeks.
  4. Reviews wanted: wearable fitness device (wrist)

If you have an iPhone, I'm loving my Apple Watch for this. But it runs in tandem with the phone (to some degree).
  5. Undercooked Chinese Food

    lol
  6. One Addiction to Another

I do count teas and have had no problem with dehydration. We are probably all different on how things affect us.
  7. Scared of skin!

I have some, but not a lot. W hat I've said to my spouse is that I feel like I look like melted wax in some places. And you know what? It's not a big deal. I plan on leaving it that way :-)
  8. Keurig help

Yes, but I haven't tried the carafe option yet. (Assuming that's the same as the thermost option).
  9. So, when do I stop regretting this?

Despite the fact that I, too, had some complications post-surgery, I've never regretted it. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made.
  10. Need a little help

I'd do it again in a New York minute. I have never felt better. It's important to realize that losing weight will not solve all problems. But you will feel a whole -- WHOLE -- lot better.
  11. WHO USES MYFITNESSPAL ?

I use them now. I didn't use to. But now I can't afford to lose any more weight. In fact, I need to put some on. (Oh, and yes, I use MFP faithfully).
  12. 29 & 500lbs

Welcome! You've come to the right place.
  13. Smoking Post Op???

Smoking as likely, if not more likely, to kill you as obesity. I quit after 26 years, 18 years ago. Hardest, but best, thing I ever did. Even with that, found out I have emphysema from it. YMMV.
  14. Keurig help

You can still buy the pods where you can add your own coffee with the 2.0. I have the 2.0 at home (new) and the 1.0 in my office.
  15. Keurig help

You can also buy reusable k cups and fill them with whatever you like.
