  1. After WL surgery I have had very bad PMS and my endometriosis has been so painful. I'm not sure if it's because of the hormone change or because I can't use Ibprophen and midol anymore. I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one going through this. I hope you are feeling better!! Best of luck.
  2. Ok I'm hoping I'm not the only one feeling this I'm 14 weeks post op on the gastric bypass surgery and I'm getting hungrier much more often then I used to. Every 1 1/2 to 2 hrs I need to eat something. I eat healthy items like yogurt, fresh fruit, chesse. Is anyone going trough this??? What am I doing wrong or right??
  3. Hang in there we are all different and it takes time. Don't get discouraged I have had 5 stalls since last Nov. Your still healing and it will come off very soon. Good luck
  4. I have been at a stall for over two weeks. This is my 3rd stall since surgery in Novemeber. It is frustrating and depressing but hang in there we all go through it good luck.
  5. I work in the medical field also and I have been off of work since Nov 20th, 2012 I'm going back on jan 16th. I have not told anyone about my surgery and I'm thinking of just saying I had a hiata hernia removed. I just dont want to keep explaining the surgery to all that ask about it. I'm hope that works.
  6. Sleep has never been an issue for me until post op. I'm 9 weeks out and I still can't stay aleep with a sleep aid, I'm up at 1:30 am until after 4 am or sometimes longer. This is such a pain.
  7. I'm 7 weeks out and it's still hard to get all the protein in I'm supposed to get 72 grams in a day. That's just to much! I have a 100 calorie Greek yogurt every moning or oatmeal, lunch I slice of turkey lunch meat and avocado and cheese, dinner varies. I do drink alot of water and crystal light but I am still thirsty I wish I could just chug water but I get so full. Does anyone have any advice on how to not be thirsty?
