I have been focused on losing and maintaining my weight. I am so scared that I will gain it and not get rid of it. Physically I feel fine but mentally I feel like I am going crazy. I am hungry all of the time and I can eat more now. What if I stretch out my pouch?

I know it's hard not to worry, but try not too. Keep in mind that you need to gain some weight in order to have a healthy pregnancy. Most of that weight is baby, amniotic fluid, placenta, increased blood volume, etc. The majority of that is going to be gone by the time you leave the hospital. You'll hang on to a little fat that is needed to breast feed, but that will come off too.
If you're hungry all of the time Kim, your body is trying to tell you something. You need an extra 300 calories a day to support the baby. Get them through something healthy, like lean meat, cottage cheese, a protein shake, etc. It's not like you're binging on cookies and ice cream, lol.
For perspective, I'm attaching a screen shot of a pregnancy weight gain calculator (from Babycenter.com). I put in your height of 5'8" and your pre-pregnancy weight of 128 lbs. According to those figures, you should gain 33.97 lbs over the course of your pregnancy. The broken down totals are below. Keep in mind that all but 9.74 lbs of that weight is baby, fluids, bigger boobs, etc.
