29 days!
OMGosh I just realized I've only got 29 days to go! That's like....less than one month. I'm so not ready. I have clothes. I have one pack of diapers. I have some wipes. I have a stroller and a car seat, and I have a baby monitor. Oh yeah, and I think I'm starting to pack on some pounds too LOL, my hips and thighs are no longer behaving. I'll have to get a picture this weekend and let everyone see me in my cow-ness.
Speaking of not behaving, Miss Emily has been keeping me up at night being what is possibly the bounciest baby on the face of this earth. Andrew and I just sit there and stare at my tummy watching it ripple and roll...wondering what she's doing in there. I've been trying to take it easy too, since any kind of physical activity seems to start contractions. I was debating shoveling the driveway this morning, but that was quickly vetoed. Come Monday, there will be vacuuming done, and I want to organize the basement and clean the bathrooms and the kitchen. Oh and the hall closet needs to be rearranged. Can you say nesting anyone?

What an exciting time for your family!! It's so great to read all your updates. Thanks for sharing. I say go with your instincts -- there's nothing like mommy instincts, right? So keep taking it easy -- no shovelling! Nesting sounds good. Can't wait to see the photos!

I bet you don't last two more weeks. That baby's coming! Should we start a betting pool? I'm guess two Friday's from now...Miss Emily will be here!
Good luck!

March 12th sounds good to me! That was my mom's birthday and I think of her fondly every year (I was 9 was she passed away in 1969). Maybe I'll get the chance to think of a little Canadian every March 12th too.
I remember my now 19 year old doing the gymnastics routine every night as soon as I layed down in bed. It was kind of trippy watching all the ripple and rolling going on and now I remember it fondly. I loved that part of the pregnancy, when you can see and feel them moving.
I'm excited for you Jenny! Enjoy these last few weeks of pregnancy, she'll be here before you know it.

I really hope not Mike. 2 Fridays from now is March 14th. That's my daughter's 13th birthday as well as my Father in Law's birthday and would have been Andrew's grandfather's birthday had he still been alive.

Then I guess the 12th isn't a good day for you either. You're daughter wouldn't be too happy if you're not there for her day. I guess we'll just have to see what day Emily ultimately picks.

Saturday the 15th, then, but steer clear of the 17th...your kid is already in Canada, adding St. Patrick to that...well, you might as well go ahead and put Scotch in the baby bottle!
Much love to the Canadian brothers and sisters on the board, though, no offense, eh?

I loved being able to watch the baby move like you're doing now we used to put things on the bump and watch her kick it off, lol
Good luck with everything and enjoy
