Default I know.....

.....what the baby is. But I'm going to make everyone else wait until after my big ultrasound tomorrow.

How do I know, you ask? I just spent the past 2 days in the hospital. I started having bad bad pains around 11pm on Tuesday night. 3 hours later, they weren't going away, so off we went to the ER. A few tests and lots of morphine later, they still don't know what was wrong. THeories flew back and forth, from pancreatitis, blocked bile ducts (apparently this is still possible even with no gallbladder), or some type of infection.

My white cell count was up, red cell count was low. They starved me, I had to fight for every ice chip I could get, and still they have no idea what was causing the pains. The baby, however, is fine. Heartbeat ranged from 125 (middle of the night, sleepy time) to 164. One time, every time the nurse got a good heartbeat, the baby wiggled away and we had to go chasing. I got 2 ultrasounds while there and on the first one, we have an excellent shot of it's rear end. So.....until tomorrow, I shall keep you guessing.....is it an Emily, or is it a Trystan?

Oh yes, and there is only one.

Ah good point. I also like the name Trystan. If it's a boy then my powers didn't work for Jenny! I said girl to begin with.

There is only one, sorry, no twins this time. We're leaving soon for the 3D appointment and I'll update when I get home. There's a really good reason we're holding back the news and I'll let you know why when we get back....so until then......
