There's no way you're too old. There are many upper 30's, lower 40's moms on the pregnancy board I post on. Don't even think you're too old.

It took me 7 months post-op. I was trying to get pregnant though but God seen fit to bless us with our angel a lil sooner then we had thought. I think you are at a great place in your weight loss to start thinking about it. I got pregnant at about 7 1/2 months post-op and it didn't leave me much time to get my weight completely down. SO I find my self stuck at 315, slowly gainin and losing. I hope you get that blessing you are waiting on soon. It truley is a blessing.

TOO OLD??? No way. I will be 36 or 37 by the time I have my 1st baby. You are never too old if you want something. Besides with being thinner you feel younger therefore if you want a baby GO FOR IT!!

I gotta agree with the others. You are not too old.
I just found out last week that I am pregnant, and I am 38 years old. I'll be 39 when the baby is born.

Default Hang in there!

I tried to get pregnant about 2 years post-op after dropping from 300 pounds to about 170. I went through the Clomid, etc. and was eventually successful.

I wish I had some magic advice to give, but I obviously don't. Just hang in there.

After I had my son I had zero trouble getting pregnant again after 3 years....with TWINS this time!

I know how you feel....I was there...just keep believing and praying!
