Hi guys...it's been awhile

My hubby & I just found out that we're going to have a Happy 4th of July!!! This is our 1st pregnancy and I have tons of questions. We're just starting out, about 5 weeks along. I'm a little concerned with nutrition. What's the best advice WLS mommies can give?

Congrats Angela & Mr! You must be extremely excited! My first born came 30 years ago (my, how time flies)... but I'll never forget those feelings... just about the most wonderful and wonder-filled time of my life!

Well...Lots of pregos popping up around here, so exciting. CONGRATS! I am the newest post GB Mommy around here. Do you have any specific questions? I am always willing to listen and help if I can. The best advice I can give you, stay on top of your vitamins and your doctor appts and eat as healthy as possible. I ate 6 small meals a day and gained around 30lbs and lost it within the first 4 weeks! Any questions feel free to PM me or ask away. I remember how nerveous I was during my pregnancy and I had the Great Denise to help me through it which really helped me out!

Well as I said to you in e-mail & text congrats. I didn't know you were going to tell so soon. It's nice that I didn't have to keep this one in as long as Stacey's.

I'm still saying boy!

I'm thinking girl for you. That's the 1st thing that came to my head.

It's my power to guess baby. I don't want to tell Tracie but I think that she is having a boy!

Well...... Congrats on the little one!!!! July 4 huh!!! My oldest was born July 16 6 years ago!!!!! Hope everything goes well for you.

So far the score is 6(girl) to 3(boy)...we'll just have to wait and see

I'm really concerned with gaining weight, freaked out actually

. I decided to stop stressing and just make sure that I'm eating healthy. I've increased my protein like a good girl and been drinking water like a mad woman. My next doc appt is 11/14 so I'll talk him about it then.
